Enra integrates ICE with gas odorant ops


Enra president and group chief executive Datuk Mazlin Junid said:

PETALING JAYA: Enra Group Bhd’s wholly owned unit Enra Kimia Sdn Bhd has integrated its recently acquired International Chemicals Engineering Pty Ltd (ICE) with the group’s gas odorant business division.

Enra said in a statement that Enra Kimia acquired 100% of ICE as part of its regional expansion in the specialty chemicals sector. This acquisition was completed on July 24, 2018 for A$2.9mil.
