Rozabil retains 4.2% stake in Iris


Rozabil, the former Arau Umno division vice-chief, still retains a 4.27% direct and indirect equity interest in Iris.

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Rozabil Abdul Rahman has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Iris Corp Bhd after his investment vehicle pared down its stake to a company controlled by his business partner Datuk Paul Poh, filings with Bursa Malaysia showed.

The former  Arau Umno division vice-chief still retains a 4.27% direct and indirect equity interest in Iris.
