Kerjaya Prospek’s RM600mil job wins boost two sectors


Analysts say that Kerjaya Prospek avoided seeking exposures to major public infrastructure projects such as MRT2, LRT3 and Pan Borneo Highway. Instead, the group focused on its niche of constructing high-rise buildings for private property developers

PETALING JAYA: Kerjaya Prospek’s job wins of RM600mil in the second half of 2018 (2H18) have raised BIMB Securities Research’s confidence despite the uncertainties and sluggish market for construction and property sectors.

BIMB analysts said in a report that the group’s orderbook now stands at RM3.1bil, providing three years earnings visibility.
