Fortis auditors resign as IHH wants to streamline audit process

PETALING JAYA: India’s Fortis Healthcare Ltd’s statutory auditors Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP have tendered their resignation, as its largest shareholder, IHH Healthcare Bhd, prefers to align its auditors on a group-wide basis.

According to a report by India-based Business Standard, the auditors had tendered their resignation with effect from Dec 28, 2018.
