KUALA LUMPUR: Construction firm Vertice Bhd has agreed to sell a majority stake in its fashion retailing business to executive deputy chairman Seow Khim Soon for RM32.62mil cash.
Proceeds from the proposed disposal will be utilised as working capital for the group’ construction division, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia Thursday.
