Banks help Bursa snap six days of losses, MyEG slides


KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB, Public Bank and RHB Bank underpinned the FBM KLCI's rebound on Wendesday, snapping six straight days of losses while My EG Services tumbled in active trade.

At 5pm, the KLCI was up 10.64 points or 0.64% to 1,663.27. Turnover was 2.07 billion shares valued at RM1.93bil. The broader market was mixed. There were 394 gainers, 371 losers and 390 counters unchanged.
