European stocks tumbled lead by the UK following concerns on Brexit and trade.
“Following the bearish performance in Europe, the FBM KLCI could declined towards its support of 1,660 points,” JF Apex said.
The research house said the FBM KLCI technical indicators were mixed with the RSI hovering above the oversold zone while the MACD is trending sideways above its signal line.
“Last month, the index tested but failed to break the resistance of 1,710 points.
“In the immediate term, the index is expected to remain flat but could trend higher if it beats the threshold of 1,710 points,” JF Apex said.
