Tan Sri William Cheng

PETALING JAYA: Parkson Holdings Bhd’s 67.69% owned subsidiary Parkson Retail Asia Ltd (PRA), which is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), has been included in SGX’s watch list as it has triggered the minimum trading price (MTP) entry criterion. This comes into effect from today.

The MTP is triggered if it fails to maintain a volume-weighted average price of at least 20 cents, and an average daily market cap of less than S$40mil over the last six months.
