KPS shareholders eye dividend after Splash stake sale


KPS said with the imminent takeover of the group's 30% equity interest in Splash held through Viable Chip (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, the group is continuously assessing business opportunities in sectors in existing investments and new business areas.

FOLLOWING the sale of a stake in Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (Splash), the market is rife with expectations of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd (KPS) dishing out a handsome dividend to its shareholders.

Under the sale offer, KPS, which owns 30% in Splash, will receive a total of RM765mil in gross proceeds.
