CMO Conference to be held on Nov 16


KUALA LUMPUR: The annual Malaysian Chief Marketing Officers (CMO) Conference will return for its seventh edition on Nov 16 at the Sime Darby Convention Centre.

This year’s lineup includes Tai Kam Leong, head of branding and partnerships at Maxis; Daniel Jiang (pix), chief operations officer of Leyard Group; Schrene Goh, head of marketing (Global Markets) at Malaysia Airlines; Rishi Pahwa, head of marketing at Wipro Ginvera Marketing; Arvind Sethumadhavan, chief strategy and innovation Officer of Dentsu Aegis Asia Pacific, and Datuk Seri Vida, founder of Vida Beauty.

Associate Professor Dr Karling of INTI International University will share a special paper on the differences in marketing between Gen Ys (millennials) and Gen Zs (digital natives), while r Datuk Dr Hussamuddin, founder of the Karangkraf Media Group, will debunk popular marketing myths about the Malay market.
