Unisem Q3 net profit falls 13.4%

PETALING JAYA: Semiconductor company Unisem (M) Bhd has recorded a 13.4% decline in its net profit for the third quarter to RM35.1mil due to the depreciation of the US dollar-ringgit exchange rate compared to a year ago.

The group’s revenue for the quarter ended Sept 30 also fell 7.2% to RM354.7mil.
