PETALING JAYA: Engineering services provider AWC Bhd
’s former client BUCG (M) Sdn Bhd has filed their defence and counterclaim on the group’s wholly owned Qudotech Sdn Bhd for general and special damages of RM11.02mil.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing yesterday, AWC said it has sought its solicitor’s advice on the necessary course of action to be taken.
