KUALA LUMPUR: Tat Giap Group Bhd shares jumped 17% in early trade Thursday after it secured a total of RM67mil worth of sub-contracting works
The group surged 17.24%, or 2.5 sen to 17 sen. It is one of the most active counters with over two million shares traded.
Tatt Giap has bagged four contracts worth a combined RM67mil from Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd to undertake various sub-contracting works.
Tatt Giap said its wholly-owned subsidiary Superinox Pipe Industry Sdn Bhd had received the four letters of awards from Dynaciate for the project works which range from civil and main mechanical, to piping fabrication and installation works.
"The project works are expected to contribute positively towards Tatt Giap’s future earnings and net assets, and will have no effect on the group’s share capital," the company said.
