PETALING JAYA: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd
has proposed to acquire a 42.26% stake in E&E Gas Sdn Bhd (EGSB) for RM26.44mil.
In a statement, the engineering solutions servicing company said its wholly owned subsidiary, Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd, has proposed a subscription of 366,013 new ordinary shares of RM43.71 each in EGSB and 10.45 million redeemable convertible preference shares or RCPS of RM1 each in EGSB.
