PETALING JAYA: London Biscuits Bhd (LBB) has proposed a bonus issue of up to 61,549,100 new ordinary shares on the basis of one bonus share for every four existing LBB shares held at an entitlement date to be determined later.
The issued share capital of LBB stood at RM194.14mil comprising 202,133,789 LBB shares as at Oct 11, 2018.
