PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd
has welcomed the announcement of new categories of affordable housing under the National Housing Policy, saying the group has been developing affordable homes since 2015.
The group said 74% of its targeted residential sales in 2018 were priced below RM500,000.
