Supermax appoints new chairman


Its job scope for the contract involves supplying concrete cement and metal for the upgrading of the Train Cargo Terminal at Padang Besar, Perlis, Dolphin said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

KUALA LUMPUR: Glove maker Supermax Corp Bhd has appointed former banker Albert Saychuan Cheok as its chairman. 

The certified accountant and a member of the The Australian Society of Accountants will assume the post left vacant since April this year following the resignation of Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz.

He is currently the chairman of several listed firms in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

In a separate announcement, Supermax said it has appointed Ng Keng Lim @ Ngooi Keng Lim as independent director.
