’s auditors Messrs Adam & Co have resigned with effect from Oct 4.
The company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the resignation was on a voluntary basis given that the company could not reach a consensus on the proposed increase to the audit fees for the financial year ending Oct 31 with Adam & Co.
