Agrobank plans to increase financing in Sabah to RM1bil this year


Acting president/chief executive officer Masaat Awadz said in a statement that the improvement was in line with market growth and demand for agricultural and agro-based production.

KOTA KINABALU: Agrobank is targeting to achieve a total outstanding balance of RM1bil in Sabah this year, a 16% increase from last year.

President and chief executive officer Syed Alwi Mohamed Sultan said until September this year, the bank recorded a total outstanding financing of about RM960mil in the state.
