Takeover of toll concession to cost less than RM400bil

KUALA LUMPUR: The toll concessions takeover will cost far less than the RM400bil projected by the previous government, said Tony Pua, the special officer to the Finance Minister.

“The RM400bil figure was being tossed around by the previous government by taking into account the compensation to be paid to the toll concessionaires which includes future gains,” he told reporters at Parliament lobby.
