PETALING JAYA: The continued appointment of Gamuda Bhd’s unit as the operation and maintenance (O&M) contractor for the SSP3 Water Treatment Plant is uncertain as the decision will lie in the hands of Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd – if the deal goes through.

Water, Land and Natural Resources Minister Dr Xavier Jayakumar said the RM2.55bil price tag on the proposed buyout of Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (Splash) was “all-inclusive” and there was no separate deal on the O&M contract.
