PETALING JAYA: IHH Healthcare Bhd, whose proposed acquisition of India’s Fortis Healthcare Ltd is under scrutiny, faces hurdles in its purchase after a legal suit was filed and that could derail the exercise.

The court order was filed by Japanese drugmaker Daiichi Sankyo through the Delhi High Court, according to a report on the Nikkei Asian Review.
