Caring Pharmacy profit jumps 35% on higher sales


Caring Pharmacy has seen rise in its share price, prompting a query from Bursa Securities.

PETALING JAYA: Caring Pharmacy Group Bhd has posted a 35% jump in net profit to RM5.86mil for the fourth quarter ended May 31, compared with RM4.36mil a year earlier, driven by higher sales.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the chain pharmacy, which operates more than 100 outlets nationwide, said its revenue for the quarter rose 8%, or RM9.8mil, to RM129.35mil from RM119.5mil previously.
