High Court dismisses JAKS’ injunction bid on bank guarantees

PETALING JAYA: The High Court has dismissed an Erinford injunction applied by property development company JAKS Island Circle Sdn Bhd (JIC) on RM50mil bank guarantees issued to Star Media Group Bhd.

An Erinford injunction is an injunction applied for in the same terms pending appeal to preserve the status quo.
