PETALING JAYA: An ad interim order has been issued by the High Court to restrain JAKS Island Cricle Sdn Bhd’s (JIC) bank guarantees from being released, and Star Media Group Bhd
from receiving the proceeds, pending the disposal of an Erinford injunction filed by JIC.
In a filing with the stock exchange, JIC said the hearing for the Erinford application has been fixed on July 23.
