KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Mohd Sidek Hassan (pic), whose tenure as Petronas chairman ended last month, has resigned as chairman of both KLCC Property Holdings Bhd (KLCCP) and KLCC Real Estate Investment Trust’s (KLCC REIT) management company, KLCC REIT Management Sdn Bhd.
KLCCP and KLCC REIT – which together comprise KLCCP Stapled Group – said in filings with Bursa Malaysia that his resignation took effect yesterday.
