Kumpulan Jetson to undertake RM88mil job at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng


The 20-year contract secured by its unit Metro Parking Management Philippines Inc would also include the construction of an additional 208-bays of steel deck parking structure in MBP - a bustling business hub in the affluent suburb near Alabang Town Centre, one of Metro Manila

KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Jetson Bhd's unit Jetson Construction Sdn Bhd has received a letter of award for the construction of four blocks of service apartments at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng in Kuala Lumpur for RM88.03mil.

The 32-month project involving the completion of 140 apartment units and external works will commence at a date to be confirmed by the architect.

"The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of Jetson Group for the financial years ending 2018 to 2021. The Project will not have any effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of Jetson," the group said in a stock exchange filing.

Kumpulan Jetson was last traded one sen or 4.55% higher at 23 sen a share on Thursday with a low volumes of shares changing hands.
