KUALA LUMPUR: The board of directors at Versatile Creative Bhd, a packaging firm, has uncovered possible fraud in the company involving unauthorised payments made to third parties.

The company told Bursa Malaysia today that it had appointed Crowe Malaysia to carry out a forensics audit. The board had also suspended managing director and his chief financial officer to facilitate the investigation.
