PETALING JAYA: Damansara Realty Bhd (DRealty) has appointed Vinie Chong Pui Ling as independent non-executive director effective July 1.
“She has a strong track record in corporate and financial advisory both in Malaysia and abroad, and extensive experience in financial planning, treasury management, fundraising, investments, and mergers and acquisitions,” DRealty chairman Datuk Ahmad Zahri Jamil said in a statement.
