PETALING JAYA: Berjaya Corp Bhd (BCorp) CEO Datuk Seri Robin Tan Yeong Ching is set to emerge as a substantial shareholder in tech solutions company Iris Corp Bhd upon the completion of a proposed issuance and allotment of new shares in the company.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Iris said it had entered into a subscription agreement with Tan, Datuk Poh Yang Hong and Datuk Rozabil Abdul Rahman for the proposed issuance and allotment of 494.38 new ordinary shares in the company, representing about 20% of the total number of issued shares of the company, at an issue price of 12 sen per share.
