KUALA LUMPUR: Retailers can now fully digitalise their businesses through the Maxis ONERetail plan, featuring a comprehensive range of digital solutions.

In a statement today, Maxis Bhd Head of Enterprise, Shanti Jusnita Johari said that the telecommunications company was the first in the country to offer a complete suite of digital solutions for the retail industry.

“Maxis ONERetail is an ideal proposition for business owners, as it enables them to maximise technological potentials, improve operational efficiency and stay relevant to customers.

“Technology has become a central enabler for businesses. However, despite its widespread availability, almost 70 per cent of small and medium enterprises still do not have an online presence,” she said.

The Maxis ONERetail plan includes e-commerce webstore customisation services and cloud-based point-of-sales (POS) solution, where retailers can view real-time sales and inventory reports via a single platform.

It also features mPOS, a service which allows retailers to accept payments via debit or credit cards on the spot, anytime and anywhere, with low credit card transaction fees.

The plan includes e-SMS, which enables retailers to expand their business range by allowing them to reach out to the right audience through centralised customer data collection, as well as driving targeted foot traffic to their stores.
