Top gainers and losers at 11am


KUALA LUMPUR: The local bourse continued to stabilise following volatile swings in the early morning session. As at 11am, the FBM KLCI was 6.68 points higher at 1,853.19. There were 702 advancers to 376 decliners and 189 counters unchanged. Turnover was 3.09 billion shares with a value of RM2.96bil.

Opcom hit limit up with a 30 sen or nearly 50% gain to 90.5 sen on the back of over 50 million shares traded. Meanwhile, counters that hit limit down included George Kent, which fell RM1.18 to RM2.76 a share; MyEG, which fell 77 sen to RM1.81; and Gabungan AQRS, which dropped 48 sen to RM1.12.
