PETALING JAYA: Analysts have deemed as fair the valuation of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd’s (KLK) proposed acquisition of a 95% stake in Indonesia’s PT Putra Bongan Jaya (PBJ) for US$76.4mil (RM296.4mil) cash.
PBJ owns in total 16,062 ha of landbank in East Kalimantan, of which 7,500 ha will be planted by third quarter 2018.
