has appointed Tradewinds (M) Bhd group managing director Datuk Mohammad Zainal Shaari as its new chairman and made a daughter of Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary a board member.
The appointments are effective on Friday, Apr 13, Pos Malaysia said in separate filings with Bursa Malaysia today.
