KUALA LUMPUR: Cypark Resources Bhd
’s wholly-owned unit Cypark RE Store Sdn Bhd will collaborate with 21st Century Clean Energy GmbH and Co KG, the authorised Tesvolt agent for Malaysia, to jointly expand their renewable energy business in the country.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Cypark said the memorandum of understanding would remain effective for two years and could be extended for a further period as may be agreed by both parties. — Bernama
