Transocean top loser, falls 43%

KUALA LUMPUR: Transocean Holdings Bhd shed as much as 43% in early trade on low trading volume.


The logistics solutions provider and tyre dealer saw its shares plunged 43.55%, or 27 sen to 35 sen, its lowest in two years. Year-to-date, the counter has fallen some 58%.


For the financial year ended Dec 31, 2017, Transocean posted a net loss of RM1.62mil, or loss per share of 3.97 sen on the back of RM25.3mil revenue.
