MoUs on energy storage to human capital signed at energy summit

KUCHING: A series of MoUs, ranging from developing energy storage to human capital development, have been signed at the 4th International Sustainable Energy Summit 2018.

Cypark Resources Bhd, an integrated environmental engineering and technology provider, formalised a tie-up with Tesvolt GmbH, a specialist in commercial battery storage systems, in an MoU.

An MoU was also signed between Petra Energy Bhd and Pekat Teknologi Sdn Bhd on a “strategic partnership to have a greater exploration in the renewable energy industry.”

Another MoU on mutual cooperation for human capital development was signed between the Sustainable Development Energy Authority and Pusat Latihan Proaktif Sarawak.

Both parties will strength human capital development cooperation, such as providing the basic competency training programmes for local engineers and technicians in the field of solar photovoltaic (PV) technology in Sarawak.

Sarawak Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg witnessed the MoU signing ceremony.
