KUALA LUMPUR: Century Bond Bhd (CBB), a subsidiary of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd
(KPS), has entered into a joint-venture (JV) agreement with China-based Honda Printing Holdings Ltd (Honda Printing) to produce offset carton boxes for the manufacturing sector.
The JV between CBB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Pro Pulp Packages Sdn Bhd, and Honda Printing would see the two companies holding 60% and 40% stakes, respectively, in a JV company, named Imej Harmoni Sdn Bhd, with a combined investment of RM2.87mil.
