PETALING JAYA: Bank Negara’s international reserves as at March 30 amounted to US$107.8bil compared with US$103.9bil as at March 15, 2018, reflecting a rise of US$3.9bil, or 3.75%.
The reserves is able to finance 7.4 months of retained imports and is 1.1 times the short-term external debt. Adjustment for foreign exchange revaluation has been taken into account, a release from the central bank said.
