PETALING JAYA: GHL Systems Bhd
has entered into a conditional share sale agreement (SSA) to acquire Paysys (M) Sdn Bhd for RM80mil.
GHL said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that its unit, S Capital Sdn Bhd (SCSB), had entered into the agreement with Paysys Group Holdings Sdn Bhd and Rica Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd to acquire 100% of the company.
