KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Mohd Khamil Jamil is resigning as non-executive chairman of both DRB-Hicom Bhd and its 53.5%-owned unit, Pos Malaysia Bhd, effective April 1, 2018.

In separate filings with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the companies said they would find a suitable candidate for replacement as chairman soon.
