GEORGE TOWN: Golden Land Bhd
has received registrations of more than 40% for its industrial property project Golden Gateway in Batu Kawan since the launch late last year.
Group chief operating officer Ng Heng Phai said the project, with a RM155mil gross development value, comprised 52 semi-detached and two detached properties, surrounded by a landscape of established heavy industrial factories.
