Felda Investment Corp sells 25m Iris Corp shares


As the value of the company is tied to the performance of the company, it is in the interest of the warring shareholders to argue and fight outside the company.

KUALA LUMPUR: Felda Investment Corporation Sdn Bhd sold 25 million Iris Corporation shares  on Wednesday.

Filings with Bursa Malaysia showed the shares were disposed at 18 sen each to Caprice Development.

Iris Corp directors which are deemed interest in Caprice are its executive deputy chairman Datuk Rozabil @ Rozamujib Abdul Rahman and director Datuk Poh Yang Hong.

Iris Corp's core businesses are ePassports, total Trusted Identification solutions ranging from smart card manufacturing, personalisation and system integration to secure document management system; industrialised building systems (IBS) solution and education.
