Econpile bags RM25.9m project in Kota Damansara


Econpile has secured a RM25.9mil contract for site preparation, earthworks, piling and basement works from Putra Perdana Construction Sdn Bhd for a hospital redevelopment project in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

KUALA LUMPUR: Econpile Holdings Bhd's unit has bagged a RM25.9mil contract for the redevelopment of a hospital building and a 12-storey building in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

It said on Monday it had received a letter of award from Putra Perdana Construction Sdn Bhd to undertake the earthworks, piling, basement, carpark lower ground and retaining wall for the redevelopment of an existing seven-storey hospital and an additional 12-storey building.

Econpile said the overall duration of the contract was about 15 months. 

“The contract is the mainstream business of Econpile and is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of Econpile for the financial year ending June 30, 2018,” it said.
