MICHAEL Chang Wai Sing is the chief investment officer of fixed income for RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd with over 17 years of fund management experience on fixed income investments for insurers and asset management companies.
Prior to joining RHB Asset, he was with MCIS Insurance Bhd for eight years managing both life and general insurance portfolios. Chang’s primary role is to set the strategic direction for the fixed income investment team in Malaysia and RHB Asset’s regional offices covering both fund managers and credit analysts.
