KUALA LUMPUR: SKH Consortium Bhd shares were actively traded on Friday with a surged in trading volume.
The Internet software and services rose 5.26%, or 0.5 sen to 10 sen, its highest since mid-October 2017, with 136.78 million shares traded.
Its share price has gained more than 17.6% in the past two trading days while its trading volume had gone up substantially.
Its managing director Choo Peng Hung, which has an indirect stake through Master Knowledge Sdn Bhd, has acquired 3.92 million SKH shares on March 6 via open market.
He currently has a 30.16% indirect stake in SKH.
In the third quarter ended Dec 31, 2017, SKH posted a net loss of RM3.39mil against a net profit of RM836,000. Its revenue for the period stood at RM43.68mil.
For the first nine months, SKH posted a net loss of RM2.98mil on revenue of RM113.42mil.
