Vitrox to develop advanced robotic vision equipment


Chu: This year the group will spend RM40mil as capital expenditure to be used mainly for the new plant in Batu Kawan.

GEORGE TOWN: Automated vision-inspection manufacturer Vitrox Corp Bhd’s improved cash flow of RM151mil will be used for developing new advanced robotic vision equipment for the automotive and solid state memory industries projected to grow in 2018 and beyond.

Group chief executive officer Chu Jenn Weng (pic) told StarBiz that more factories were now automating their production process, creating demand for advanced robotic vision equipment.
