HONG KONG: Billionaire Li Ka-shing’s (pic) reluctance to pay extra dividends is disappointing investors again.

Shares of Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Ltd plunged as much as a record 16% to HK$2.81 yesterday, a day after the company said that proceeds from its HK$14.5bil (US$1.9bil) sale of fixed-line assets last year wouldn’t be used to pay out a special dividend for now.
