UCrest pens RM3.2m sale of iMedic licences

KUALA LUMPUR: Ucrest Bhd has penned a sale of 40,000 user licences of the iMedic cloud hospital platform for one year and its configuration for US$838,993 (RM3.27mil).

The contract for the sale was entered into via UCrest's wholly-owned subsidiary Palette System Sdn Bhd with Key Asic Pte Ltd.

"The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share and earnings per share of UCrest and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 31 May 2018," the company said in a filing with the stock exchange.

At 12.30pm, UCrest was trading 1.5 sen or 3.45% higher at 45 sen on the back of 8.33 million shares exchanging hands.
