Maybank IB neutral on Sunway’s Singapore joint venture

KUALA LUMPUR: Maybank Investment Bank Research (Maybank IB) is neutral on Sunway Bhd’s latest joint venture (JV) with Hoi Hup in Singapore pending further details.

It said the 30%-owned redevelopment project, which would start contributing to Sunway’s bottom line from 2019 onwards, could enhance its realised net asset value (RNAV) a share marginally by one sen.
